jammed pistol?

had a buddy who had a damaged mag in the 45. with pristine ammo and he says his guns just clicks like its empty. slide is in closed position( i think the gun is bugged) but just in case its not anyone got any fixes for this i know most bugs in the game have a little trick you can do to get out of it sometimes or to fix the issue. any ideas thanks in advance

His pistol is ruined.  Weapons have a condition like every other item.  it just doesnt show up yet like everything else.  That pistol is useless, so it would be ebst to just throw it away.

nah, ruined ammo can be fired, and a ruined magazine can be used. Zedicologist is correct, the gun is ruined.
