Luthtar 1 Posted January 8, 2014 The Mosin Nagant 91/30 has iron sights zeroable up to 2000 meters. Even though the rifle can only reliably hit a target at ranges under 900 meters, for ranges of 300-900 meters, you should have accurate fire, assuming you have the necessary skill to hit a man sized target at that range with iron sights. :PDo this for the mosin and all other rifles that have adjustable iron sights.
TedZ 424 Posted January 8, 2014 Yea, true, but this would take abit of fair-coding
Taggert13 17 Posted January 8, 2014 This is how the Mod was. I love the super tight gun play of the Mod. I have to assume that the weapons have been modified to either increase performance(reduce calculations per gunshots) or to introduce randomness to increase excitement. I assume the loss of accuracy is meant to be casued by the poor condition of found weapons.
-Gews- 7443 Posted January 8, 2014 Yea, true, but this would take abit of fair-coding No, it would only take them typing in the proper numbers. discreteDistance[] = {100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 700, 800}; Boom, DONE. Getting out to 2000 meters would take a bit more effort because the system stops working and the bullet disappears before then anyways, but adding more options is a question of typing in the digits.
