Stuck in geometry. Anything I can do?

I logged out inside a house, and when I logged back Ima stuck in the basement. Except it is one of those houses with two floors but only the second one is accesible. Now I am in the "basement", I can't see walls but they all around me and there's no exit. As I said, the walls are transparent, and it totally looks like if I were wallhacking (except I am not and I loathe cheats).

 

Is there anything I can do, or do I just have to let time pass, kill me, and respawn, losing all the insane loot I collected over many days? This is depressing...

try run an vault

and try logout, login again and run/vault while your character is loading on the server

Go prone and roll/crawl can work aswell

Baically the exact thing happened to me..Numerous other posts suggested the 'lag' technique, and seeing as I found myself a floor down also I obviously couldn't go back from where I came. There was an unusable door hole that i basically ran at and did v (I think i did the slow climb) and with my bandwidth messed up dling, on a high ping server with a lot of people on, i exited as I was in the middle of doing the climb. When I re-entered I was climbing to the other side :D . Hope this helps!
