Do silencers have any effect right now? Locally there does not seem to be any difference.

 

1. Do other players receive a silenced gun sound?

2. Does it affect the accuracy or the damage value of the weapon?

it doesnt yet affect sound played, and whether impact on accuracy is already implemented is not confirmed, my guess "not yet"
