Performance issues

Hey guys,

 

My game runs sort of wierd, its not smoothing running, but sort of lagging. I've tried all different types of "fixes" and even reinstalled from windows 8.1 to windows 7 to see if that was the problem, but its still the same. Even if I join a server that is pitch dark, I still get the same performance. 

 

I can play BF4 without any problems what so ever, I know this is alpha but still.

 

I have a I5-3570, 8gb ram, and a XFX Radeon 6870 black edition. 

 

I hope someone have something else I could try and perhaps fix this.

I have a 3770k @ 4.5, 16gb ram, 2x raid 0 SSDs and a Asus GTX 780ti and I get 25fps in cities.

I have i7 860 cheap 140 euro video card. Constant 60 fps outside, 33-45 in city firefights 40-50 idle city.

followed this, made my own experiments and im happy. play with the settings. I expect beans - thank you.
