Problem with base building ?

Rocket mentioned about barricading houses. But I see a little problem, if I see a barricaded house with someone's items inside, I will just log out, go to a different server, log in, get inside the  house, log out, come back to the previous server and log in and spawn inside the barricaded house and take all the stuff. How are we going to fix this ?

With private hives

 

not all servers are going to be private hives, are they ?

If you dont want this to happen to you. Play on a private hive. If you dont, this is possible.

Maybe make the code different on a fully boarded up house from that of a regular house and make them unable to be spawned in.
