Is there someone here I can report a hacker to?

I managed to find a few people to play with on skype through steam forums. Well, long story short one of the guy's friends was definitely cheating, esping and wallhacking. I definetly didnt like it and left the group as soon as I saw him in action, I would like to report his steam account to someone here, maybe you guys could find it useful to scan his account and check out some new code? If not, whatever its just I hate cheaters ruining it for the thousand others.

You can report their profile on Steam. VAC works by scanning players' computers for cheats. VAC scans as many machines as it can, as often as it can. While reports don't directly result in bans. If a user is reported for cheating, VAC can decide to investigate the machine a little differently, more aggressively, more frequently, or sooner.
