How to Blood Bag myself

Can you tell me step by step how to restore my blood with blood bags?

I had a teammate that gave me his blood in the blood bag and he had the same blood type as me. After that i didnt know how to attach that blood bag to my body.

 

Also i attached tube with needle in the end to that blood bag (i forgot the name of that item)

You can't. You need someone else to use it on you. You can not blood bag yourself.

but you can't bloodbag yourself, you need another player to transfuse you
