was near the air strip and didnt like the server so i logged and went to another server and was respawned with nothing :( common thing or did i get singled out for being so awesome?

ok muh bad did some lookin on the boards and im not that only awesome one that has had a chance to discover the awesomeness of alpha

It's caused by joining a server that's not set up properly.

 

Stick to servers with official looking, area-coded, names e.g. "GB 1-27", or "NL 3", not like "Mos1ey's awesome DayZ server" as they're the ones that tend to cause resets.
