BE or VAC should clean him up shortly I hope. I'm not sure how they could ban someone through a feedback tracker though.

BE can nor VAC can track it.  It's all data that the client can see to my understanding.

 

On a side note, SA hacker reports will be seen on here.  From the moderator:
