Confirmation of Changes

My game was updatet to 0.30.114008. Every Server i wanna join a button appears with word: Confirmation of Changes. underneath 3 empty buttons. what does it mean? Any experience?

Basically its asking you to agree to join the server running BE, Shouldn't have a problem with it unless yer abusing the game.

Try setting your game language to english. Helps with a lot of different things as well....
