Constant spawning in same place or thereabouts

When I first started playing I spawned randomly on the South Coast and East Coast but now I seem to be spawning half way up the East Coast every single time,...is anyone else experiencing this or is this indicative to where you actually die that dictates where you spawn ?

Personally I've spawned Kamyshovo about 5+ times.
