Quick question for you guys. I currently am kitted and have plenty of 7.62x39mm ammo (upwards of 90 rounds) and my question is what is your personal preference between these two guns. I am playing with a buddy that has a finished mosin, and I'm kinda geared towards scouting for him. I have rangefinders and normally carry the medical supplies for us. I have an AKM currently with one magazine and I am actively searching for two more. However I do like the range for the SKS but I'm not sure if we need it, or if the capacity and rate of fire for AKM would be a better way to go. Just looking for some food for thought. Discuss? Which do you prefer?

In a post apocalyptic setting, with the undead walking around, there is no necessary kill. Unless they are trying to kill you, or have something you need. Or if they are acting shady.. or if they are killing other poeple. Basically this:

Depends on where you spawn. Hit up every town on way to balota, then head north hit military base, then couple more towns, military barracks in north, then NEAF. Return to homeland and raise hell along coast

No.. This is just a temporary fix and they've said they plan on implementing a different system eventually. Have a new char in ever sever is pointless. Severs restet/crash constantly so making a new toon everytime I switch a server is not an alternative fix for anything.

I find enough food that generally i'm picky with what I take. Normally I only take baked beans as they give you the most nutrition out of all the food. Not sure if you know where to look. You need to check everywhere in a house and even double check houses with the doors open. (With a gun in hand of course) Think like a racoon :beans: :beans: :thumbsup:

There may not be a large difference between a Military grade pistol and a civilian model (Trust me there is, i'm just not going to argue about it) but between Military grade assault rifles, and civilian models of the counterparts there are HUGE differences. There is a reason you cannot purchase them, and not just because obama says so. They are extremely expensive because they use military grade parts. These bushmasters .223 that people buy (I have one love it btw) are junk compared to a Colt M16A4. In terms of reliability there is no comparing the two. Potential features on military grade equpiment include a modular and adjustable stock, ambidextrous fire selector, heavier barrel, improved trigger, free-floating rail system, and an adjustable gas block and gas regulator to give all rifles a suppression capability, and alot of these features are standard now a-days even for Law Enforcement officers. My point is there is a difference between Military Grade and Civilian weapons, and honestly i'd rather run house to house and find a .45 than use the weapon you posted above.

Well dont. M4 currently is much better than the shotgun. It needs buffed majorly. Short range it leaves alot to be desired. Numerous times i've unloaded on a bandit in a house and he kind of just shrugged them off and returned fire w/ a M4 killing me. Mosin w/ one shot to the chest is a kill. M4 will take two shots to the chest to kill. Shotgun takes more than two at the moment which is quite ridiculous. I'm sure it'll get some love soon though.

Would probably handle low with FPS issues in Cherno/Elek. Honestly for the ARMAII engine you need a SSD to really get good or decent FPS. The game is large, and is really reliant on hard drive speeds, and a SSD harddrive will up your FPS by alot.
