Drugs, Pain and Firearms.

You've just been revived with epinephrine, you aim your gun and.... (what do you think should happen?)

You've broken a leg (/or arm for later updates) , you've administered Morphine, you aim your gun and... (what do you think should happen?)

You've just taken some painkillers.. " " . (what do you think should happen?)

You're sick.. " " . (what do you think should happen?)

I could go on a little more, with more detail on related scenarios when aiming a gun.

I might be thinking too deep but it seems that the grouping of bullets is configurable depending on your player status so why not use this to create more depth?

You've just been revived with epinephrine, you aim your gun and.... You scream " I'M ALIVE " And turn into the flash.

You've broken a leg (/or arm for later updates) , you've administered Morphine, you aim your gun and... You feel no pain, You are a super soldier now.

You've just taken some painkillers.. " " . Nothing, They're over the counter pain killers, Like paracetamol or ibuprofen

You're sick.. " " . You vomit, Now you're good to go.

Bet you didn't expect that. In all honesty though, It's a good idea for after launch.

Edit: oh you edited the quote, hehe. I see your points, it's just a game and medical gear is there to do its job.
