I think only old servers can have helicopters, if that's what you mean...

Only certain old servers have helicopters enabled on them and the number is very few. They have to be enabled by the dev team and modifying the mission code to enable them otherwise will likely get you in trouble.

Heli's cause extreme desynch for passengers in them. They also put a heavy strain on the server itself.

how did you find out? if they're not at it's spawn it's probably because someone already took it.

Well, I don't know them, sorry. I know there's a funserver with helicopter, it's called BIGBO or something like that. But as far as I know they don't save anything that is done in-game.

If you need a in-game map, they're quite easy to be found, just search around. If you need a offline map with vehicle spawn, click here (not 100% confirmed locations).
