It is pretty much... impossible to prevent people from using communication methods like teamspeak. Even if they make Battleye or some other system that bans people for using teamspeak/mumble/vent/etc, (as stupid as this would be) this game is played through Steam. You can always just add someone to your friendslist and either send them messages or create group calls. They cannot prevent people from using the system in which the game is played from.

Again, in for a realism penny, in for a realism pound.  If one of your "abuses" is gamebreaking, then so is the ability for people to coordinate without the built in hindrances to just that mechanic.
