BigZee 0 Posted January 5, 2014 Sorry if I posted this in the wrong section but I wasn't sure where I should post this. I have been able to play dayz perfectly fine for the past few weeks, until this morning, I can't join any server because of the message "battleye initialization failed". I'm not a hacker and never have been a hacker. I have not adjusted any of the game files and it just happened randomly today. I was able to play on a server one time today until I tried joining another server, the game gave me the following error, "battleye initialization failed", and since then, I am unable to play the game. I have yet to do a lot of troubleshooting but I'm hoping someone knows a quick fix to save me some time. Does anyone know how to fix the "battleye initialization failed" message?
