griin 3 Posted January 5, 2014 The only place they're confirmed as far as I know is the Ship north of Berezino, and enterable train stations like the ones at the enterences of Elektro and Cherno. Also as far as I know it is the only vest in the game that adds protection from shots. It takes 2 .45 shots to break, and 1 from everything else. They're also extremely rare.
