Uploading images to the forum

This may be a very stupid question but I can't for the life of me figure out how to upload images to the forum. The help tells me that the is a default uploader and a flash uploader, but doesn't tell me where these are.

I have a few ideas for the medical system I'd like to post but this is holding me back.

Any help would be greatly appreciated I.e. there's beans in it for you.

from personal experience i suggest imgur.com

forum image attachments are just... awkward.. but maybe thats just me
 

 

i love imgur because i can send images from desktop to it via right-click (desktop tool), i can send images from the web via right-click (browser plugin), it stores all the images i uploaded in convenient manner, offers basic editing capabilities and makes no fuzz with ads, allowing direct linking - even provides you with bbcode for fast C&P action

I use imgur - then there is a link to upload photos to forums

upload your pics/funnygifs/randomimagesofhilarity  using this

and then add the imge with the image button on the reply toolbar (hover the pointer over the picture of a tree and you will see it)

Getting a bunch of "You are not allowed to use that image extension in this community" or similar from TinyPic and Imgur... Suggestions?
