Weapon jumping around when in first person

Recommended Posts

Hey,

This issue didnt happen in 1.7.1.4 but since I updated to 1.7.1.5 I havent been able to use the first person view as the weapon continuously jumps around similar to what it does when running. It sucks because I cant aim at all so at the moment I am really vulnerable. I have tried using different servers and have also downgraded to 1.7.1.4 to see if the update was the problem. Changing servers didn't help but when I downgraded the problem stopped. Is anybody else having similar issues? And does anybody have any idea how to fix it? Thanks

As in shaking when you need painkillers?

No I don't think so because it stops when I downgrade to 1.7.1.4. But I'll see if I have any pain killers now and take them and see what happens anyway.

When you run you don't get a steady aim. That's probably why your aim is not steady. Check your controls and see what button are you using for the option 'hold breath' or something like that.

No, it's actually a bug. I'm experiencing the same problem. For me it occured after having a game crash. When my internet connection came back and I logged in again, I had the same problem. Works fine in third person, first person view is shaky though. Similar to the "Painkiller-indicator-shake", but not quite the same thing.

Keep happening, no matter what Server I sign onto. Did not yet check if installing an earlier version solves the problem.
