in some lockable form , maybe with a combination padlock that is found as loot so you can use it like a sort of stash for any1 who knows the combination for the lock, maybe at banks and perhaps the blue lockers aswell similar to the tents in the mod

It doesnt take much to kill a lock with such a tool :)
