Where do I post hackers?

Ok, so, there were these two guys in Electro, one with a Mosin, one with an M4. I, being a fresh spawn, have my trusty shovel, I beat the Mosin guy to a pulp and quickly transition to his now spraying friend. I die. I get lucky to respawn not too far from Electro. I find a fireaxe in an industrial building and seek out the M4 guy. I find him with his back to me, kill him with the axe and then have my friend shoot him with a Mosin for good measure. Unfortunately I die to the M4 guy in a final spray of bullets. Now we are both dead. Now this guy is talking in direct to me, "I'm gonna kill you and your friend," he says and in the bottom left of the screen I can see his in-game name to be jessegarcia. I'm running to Electro from Kamyshovo when what happens? A fully geared guy, who looked identical to the one I had just recently killed, with a full-auto magnum suddenly appears behind me. A friendly guy with a fire extinguisher who had been running with me tries to fight him. When this happens the guy disappears. "WTF?" "I don't know just RUN" and then this man with the full auto magnum appears in front of us both. Guns us both down and says in direct "Told ya I'd get ya" and what is the name in the bottom left? jessegarcia. My friend logged immediately after for fear of death.

 

Now I don't know where to put this as you can see in the tittle so if there's somewhere specific this should be, mods please move it there.
