I have a custom built PC with: A8 6600k oced to 4.3 Asus Direct cu ii oc gtx 680 4gb of Kingston decent RAM (I know I need more) SSD with over 20 gb of free space I dont know what to do this has happened to me in alot of games but especially standalone! I will be launching the game next thing I know my screen turns kinda like the color of whatever it is displaying and my computer crashes. This only happens in games. I also get really bad preformance drops in BF4 and Dayz 120 FPS High settings in both of the games down to 10. I really need help! -Sam Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Jfiles 439 Posted January 3, 2014 I don't know much about computers, I bought mine already built because I didn't even know how to open one up, but it sounds to me like it might be overheating?Happened to me twice when I was trying to play the BF4 beta, and when I touched my computer it was burning hot, game looked like this:SNIPHoly mother fucking colors. I really need help! -Sam Check temps (using speedfan or similar), check power supply (using multimeter in a molex connector, or again speedfan or similar), test RAM (memtest). If you have it with other games as well, the issue is not with the game, but with your PC. Doesnt hurt to check if everything is up to date as well. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
