My frame rate need some help

I was wondering if anyone could tell me why i would be getting such poor frames in this game. I do realize it may not be optimized , but i have done the Dayz_profile thing and changed some numbers around ..

 

 

.so outside of a city i may set around 40-47 and it just DROPS to a 15-30 inside citys

eek, just find vertical sync and disable it.may work (only idea i have)

Make 100% sure to disable "Ambient Occulsion" and to check the config changes in the link above, especially "scenecomplexity" and the like. This can double almost double your FPS without much visual change in game.

Ok thanks guys , some of my numbers for complexity was pretty steep so maybe this will help out
