How about hordes of Zombies? and other zombie ideas

I would love to see hordes of Zombies. Like in the walking dead or really any othere Zombie flick there are always massive hords of zombies running/shambling around. It would make the Zombie threat way better. Right now the zombies are not even a threat unless you are a fresh spawn and or completely new to the game.

 

Maybe this could be implemented with the fix for Zombie spawning? Have them continually spawn maybe just have the spawn rate slow down the more there are in an area. Then give their AI a bonus for grouping up if there are so many zombies in a certain area. Once a horde got to a certain size they could start wandering the streets and highways. It would give players something to do besides kill each other and or group up and become bandits.

 

Also have zombies spawn in the woods/away from towns and zombies should wander around not just stand there.

 

I think this game is great but if something isnt done to improve the zombies this is just going to be another PvP game. And that aspect is fine but for me personally I want more Zombie apocalypse action.

I think the limited they zombies now because of servers cant handle it at this point in the game (confirm or bust pls) from what I've being reading in threads. The more the game is optimized the more the servers can handle zombies/loot ect.

 

But yea I hope they add hordes.

Sounds like a lot of scripting for that the way you describe it but then at least there probably wouldnt be people complaining of having a massive fuckin horde spawn right in front of them lol
