'Player' uses modified game file?

Just a quick question.  Pretty much EVERY DayZ SA video I see on YouTube I see 'Player' uses modified game file pop up in red in the bottom left throughout the videos.  Yet I have never seen it once.  Is that from like a test server... or... what does it mean?  Just curious.

Used to show up, they patched it, now it doesn't.

Edit: lol sorry to answer your question: pre patch they showed up on every server for me, all the official ones.

It was carried over from the mod until they patched it. Not sure of the exact reason it said it in the first place though.
