Missing items since last patch

Did anyone else log in after this latest patch to have inventory missing from their backpacks? I'm missing everything but my water bottles and my bible from my backpack.

 

Edit: Looks like I lost everything but the top row of items.

Also the only thing I've had vanish from my inventory is a 20-round mag for the M4, I reloaded and it was just..gone lol.
