You're what's wrong with the negative posts about the new patch. You can't expect to be spoon fed in a game like DayZ. Run a short distance to Berezino and grab some supplies, then run to NEAF or further in map. Don't just expect to spawn somewhere and be handed all your gear as if this game entitles a loadout or something.
