Frame Lock During Movement

Anyone else having this problem since the patch? It's not a drop in FPS, it's a complete lockup of the screen when moving. Doesn't seem to matter if I'm in the forest or a town.

Whenever I start to move, everything on the screen will completely freeze until I release the movement key. Otherwise framerate is fine. I can zoom, rotate, and look around just fine. As soon as I begin to move forward, my screen freezes until I release the movement key....strangest thing.

Also when I spawned into the server for the first time, I was sick? I was full health when I logged out last time.
