So after the update i respawn but keep spawning in the east coast by electro every time. is this a new feature?

Read the patch notes, they eliminated some spawns. Primarily East Coast spawns now.

why is that? its just going to cause a cluster of players so many more deaths

If it's intentional, I believe it's a solution to make people explore more areas instead of only running to Balota for gear. ...the better solution would be to remove some spawns from Balota but I'm more than willing to give this a shot as I rarely explore anything east of Elektro.

thats true Balota was always a s**t show lol they should still allow some spans on the west coast though
