Good overwatch posistions around Balota?

I want to give overwatch to my squad as they frolick in the tarmac daisy fields of Balota,I keep dieing from being in the hills just North of the airfield. I want to head to appartments but seems like a really long shot and is frequented. The small towers in the airfield seem really open.

 

Im really thinking a tower or a appartment building,any ideas.

 

EDIT:How do I reach the roof of a appartment? The ladder is broken in half

The best would be not going to Balota in the first place. Just go further north there's plenty of military spawns your squad can frolic within. You aren't going to find many unfrequented areas that can actually overwatch the entire area in Balota. The North hills would probably be the best, or a bush near the tarmac itself. Still think you're asking for trouble.

The roof of the south west appartement building sounds the best for a sentinel, but it will be pretty hard to shoot at this distance.

 

You need to use the ladder from the 1st floor, then use the stair to the last floor, and you will have another ladder to go to the top

Ok i made it to the roof,and it is a hard shot,its going to be fun! I know balota is bad but our main member is a streamer and we like to frolic with bambis,plenty of PVP here too

Should be able to, but I found after a certain distance just over 1000m they glitch a lot like little ants appearing an disappearing.

At that distance your more of going for that one shot kill, S for providing cover it just will not work.

Go in closer hide in furn trees, you'll be amazed how hard it is to pin point a sniper running from tree to tree pot shooting

Eh, no point. Firstly, your squad will find nothing there, already picked clean, I can garuntee that much. Secondly, people come to balota through the trees as well as through the road (they think they're being sneaky), so you're going to be just as likely to get an axe in the back as on the road. If I were you, pack up and move northwards, you can still find people there if that's your goal, without so much of the danger.

 

New spawns that are killed are likely to respawn, go back to your known position and kill you.

Balota is just good for doing the carebear if you're REALLY good equipped or doing the bandit, if you're bored ^.^

 

The hills are a deadly trap, because the bandits try to capture it in case of sniping, or the heroes try to kill the snipers up there. 

 

Only solution: Just walking relaxed through the town, not giving any f----s.
