I am not very well versed in the map yet but my go to ones are at Balota (although that is very dangerous), between Kamenka and Pavlovo, the fires station in Elektro, and the one at the south end of Zelenogorsk. I am not sure what other ones are out east by Elektro. Once you develop a pattern it can be pretty easy to amass a large quantity. I have never been able to find pistol mags though.
