I don't think they plan to support OSX. I play on a MAC with Windows 7 via Bootcamp. So does a friend of mine. Works perfectly.

It's not exactly planned. Dean said at rezzed that they are testing to separate the renderer from the game. That would make it possible to bring dayz to Linux and OSX. So you probably won't see it on Mac for some time, but there is a good chance.

Has not been planned as of yet, but I would suspect them to make it for OS X when there done finishing the game.
