I've only found one pistol magazine in 15 odd hours of playing. In the same timeframe I found at least 40-50 M4 magazines of various sizes - I had to start throwing the damn things away!

 

Same here, ENDLESS amounts of m4 mags.  I just started emptying them into my ammo box and dropping the empty mags.  With that ammo box and 3 mags (one of them a double), I have about 350 to 400 rounds for it.  I could supply a small squad with ammo, now if I could just dual wield a pair of m4's, I'd storm Bolota airfield in a minute screaming "YOLO MOTHER TRUCKERSSSSSS!!!!"

Well I have not found a mosin found a sight for one in the NWAirfield but I have walked from elektro to cherno up to the air base from Kamenko and Stary an Novy and im back in cherno and I have not met one player. Plenty of zombies and the way they move and jump is good.

I have found a tent that was already pitched are there any tent's to pick up at all. When can we start building bases. As I say I haven't met anybody yet and the server always have around 15 players on so where are you all.

It took me every day since christmas to find a can opener, and I just found my first *tear*

 

However, on my last character, I DID have two pistol mags.

I've had a 8/10 (or around about) success rate at finding the FNX45 along with mags and bullets for it in the fire stations. I'm extremely new, and therefore have only been to the fire stations inside Elektro and Cherno, but I seem to be pretty lucky for loot in there it seems.

Good job on busting the server hopper by the way. God damn they piss me off.

 

I can tell you're new. I haven't been to Cherno or Elektro since the second day I played the mod over a year ago lol. As soon as I spawn I check the nearest small town for food or water and immediately head north. I know where some ponds and streams are at that I can drink from so at the beginning it's just a matter of getting that first can of tuna and avoiding players which so far I'm fairly good at. Been alive for a few days meow.
