Respawn Dear God Please

I'd like to see the ability to respawn while alive during the Alpha.

 

There are still so many bugs with the game it should be on. With all the people getting stuck unconscious for hours or being stuck in limbo or just breaking their legs when walking over railroads, rocks, etc., it seriously would be the easiest hotfix to insure players can still PLAY THE GAME THEY PAID FOR. It's an Alpha and I can understand there being bugs, and even with the bugs I play the game and report issues, but when I'm stuck because of issues already brought up, but not fixed it seriously the worst thing a developer could do.

 

I know its turned off because they dont want people using the respawn to deny loot or whatever, but seriously that is a minority of the people that would use this feature to get unstuck from a buggy game.

It's really easy to solve the "loot-stealing" problem by simply let the corpse of the respawned player lay there. 

 

And btw. I don't want to see a Alive-Respawn-Option, but a suicide-option, if the player got any weapon or just a tool like the screwdriver.

You bought ArmA 2, the mod is for free, the development for the mod is quasi halted and focused on the SA. I must say i never saw anyone break his legs on the railroad...and if you don't log out when unconsious or better follow the correct logout procedure you won't have the unconsious bug. And once again you didn't pay for the mod, if you want the right to complain buy the SA and start whning there.

I think, he just posted in DayZ Mod by accident?

 

Yeah some people didn't see that there are two sections for the game...one for the mod and one for the SA. i'll just assume he meant the mod since a lot also whine about having paid for it and getting a buggy game in return.
