I tried things mentioned in this link and works well. No occasional fps drops and stutter for me anymore.

Low fps is because arma engine is bad. There might be some tricks that you can do to improve the performance but even some beast computers can't handle dayz with alot of frames. They must fix the engine but I don't see that happening.

Well I put my settings to medium and removed clouds and that helped me a lot.
