Server: join and you get kick / ban

Hey Guys

 

There is a Server with the name " join and you get kick/ ban "

 

when i joined this server after i died on a regular server i spawned in Novy Sobor. thats in the middle of the map.

after 4 mins they kicked me, but no ban xD

 

is this Server modified ? i thought its only possible to spawn at the coast ?
