For those of you who are spawned in the DEBUG PLAINS/WILDERNESS.

All you need to do is revert back to 1.7.1.4 go to a server with that version....i used canada 2. Now you are at debug forest on the map just to the west of pavlovo. Now go back to 1.7.1.5 and there you go problem solved.

After doing all that and getting the file you will now need to unzip it with a program called 7 zip or winrar

you will then have the @dayz folder.

all i did was renamed my original dayz folder with 1.7.1.5 to @dayz1.5 then i copied over the new folder to the same place.

after i was good and in the woods in 1.7.1.4 i just exited the game renamed @dayz1.5 back to @dayz and then named the 1.7.1.4 downloaded folder to @dayz1.4 and let it stay in there so if i need it again i can use it.<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<< sry for how crappy the write up is. its 2AM in colorado and i still have to do hooah army stuff tomorrow......................................:@

Did the above, logged onto a 1.7.1.4 Server, said the following:

You are running 1.7.1.4 and the Server is 1.7.1.5.

This was on a few Servers, tried a 1.7.1 Server and spawned me in the Wilderness still! Absolutely gutted with this, I understand Alpha but this is annoying a fix is there, it should be implemented with a hot fix for the many players bugged like this, espesh over the weekend!

Need to be spawned near the likes of Cherno of something, if only.

yea i tried, didnt work, tried going to that canada 2 server with the 7.1.4 patch, tried changing beta as well to meet the server name but no luck,

Ive spawned with no equipment too so i cant even run back to edge of map :(

I tried running too. Didn't have a compass so I had to approximate based on the time and sun position. Ran about 30 mins until I gave up and changed to a regular difficulty server to see if I could place a waypoint on the map. I couldn't. Seemed none of my progress on the plains had saved. I wish you the best of luck nontheless!

I wonder if the devs could somehow run the database through and revert these "corrupted" spawns to perhaps beach spawn locations with the next update?

Suppose I'll wait for the update and wish for a miracle.
