"Please wait" bug

So im having this bug that every time i join a server i just says "Please wait" and it does this for like 10-30min and then kicks me for lost connection. It does this no matter how many times i rejoin the server and it doesn't matter which server.

I have tried to reinstall, to verify the content and restart the computer, restart steam, disable firewall and anti cheat, etc. Anybody here who knows of a solution to this? : P

It only happens to me when I die and click "Respawn". I have to exit the server and enter again..
