how do i Regenerate blood?

Hey, I've been playing the standalone for a while now on one character with my friend, i was told if you are not hungry thirsty and you are not tired you will gradually regenerate blood, i have been in this state for about 2 hours and also eating all food and drinking all drink i come across, and i am still yet to regenerate and blood at all. If anybody knows why this is or how to actually regen blood without use of blood bag kits etc i would be extremely grateful

The best way to regenerate blood is by using the search function.

Also by checking the new player forum.

Does your character screen say healthy? There's a huge difference between the game saying you are no longer hungry or thirsty and actually being full to the point that your status turns to Healthy. Once it says that you can regenerate blood.

i guess if you manage to dont get shoot u wont need blood regeneration...

If it doesn't say healthy you will be regenerating at 1 blood per sec.

 

If it says healthy it will be at 3 per second.
