I simply wanted to start a discussion based on the new features of the SA now that we have had a week or so to let the game settle. Currently, I love abusing handcuffs, as well as trolling snipers like this :

Anyway:

 

Knocking people unconscious, handcuffing them, stealing their pants, and forcing them to drink disinfectant/rotten fruit so they go from a bright green "Healthy" to a dark, red "Sick" :)

Clothing, appearance and the way it integrates with the inventory. I like having to balance considerations like visibility and utility with other players' perception of your threat level and how accomplished of a player you are.
