Hey! so my vision is black and white, it has been for a day now. I have tryed going to the graphics menu. Anything else i can do? or is it cause i have lost alot of blood and blood takes forever to regain?

vision is black and white, and you're ability to use the search bar is also broken.

Low blood, no other explanation. Eat loads of good wait forever it will improve.

Alternitavly be nice to a zombie he will make it nice and quick and you can go back to seeing just fine - your gear.
