Hi guys, can you please explain me how to add pictures on forum and in messages with my friends on forum????

Thx so much

Use a hosting site like www.photobucket.com  to upload your photos.  Then after the photo is uploaded, browse your pictures and under it will be links you can copy into your post.

If you want them to actually show up you can use one of the buttons available when posting - one of them says "Image" and you will be able to paste the link in there.
