Stuck under apartment floor

twenty minutes into the game I fell under the floor in a abandoned apartment complex , I've been trying to vault out but with no success can I get some tips or ideas?

Vault on all walls. I get out with the slow "V" animation.

Had this happen myself. I went into the elevator shaft thinking I could use the ladder inside to go up. Nope... I pressed V to hop back out of the shaft and glitched through the floors/walls. I wasn't able to get out except by continually hitting V and glitching through the rest of the building. I've also had zombies glitching through houses towards me. Scary as shite... Hard to hit the buggers too.

I pressed V at every spot possible ( not really ) but alot and I finally got out.
