Shots NOT Registering fast enough.

I was stalking this kid and mind you have I have 47ms on the server. I was stalking him to kill him, I ran up on with him my PDW on semi, He didn't notice me, I shot him ATLEAST 8 times in the chest and body he has the time to turn around with a AKM AFTER I shot him like 8 times to shoot me 3-4 times and put me to the ground and I was on the ground BEFORE HIM and I shot him first sneak attack. We're both on the ground and he STILL has time to shoot me AFTER I shoot him in the head. Something HAS to be done about this, either the shots aren't registering fast enough or just bullet lag which wasn't on my end ( 47ms ). It just feels like no point in sneaking up on people and unloading if they can counter you while they're full of bullets.

It's just so shitty, I also remember a time I was sniping with my DMR and I seen this kid on the hospital roof, I shot him on the back he was downed and hid next to the wall, I had time to shoot one more round and I hit him SQUARE IN THE FACE. I seen the blood spatter on his head, He STILL had time to log off and get away. I'm sick of these people getting away do to bullet lag.

Sometimes?, It happens about 90% of the time. I don't know when to stop firing at people because they don't drop but when some body shoots me I INSTANTLY feel the bullets and go down.

i know ops pain, i got two slug hits from a remmington on a player as he was walking down stairs, fully bottle necked. he had enough time to unload his makorov on me before dropping, lost a gps to a 3rd player roaming the area for that :(
