I met so many people and can't contact them

Hello,

 

I am new to DayZ, never played the mod.

 

Six play hours right now and I met a lot of cool people who helped me out. One time a guy fully geared saw I was full of blood and started to heal me, he gave me some food and stuff. Suddenly out of nowhere someone killed him, while he was talking to me.

 

What I want to say: There are so many nice people I will never meet again, so my only wish right now is some kind of "history" to contact these people.

 

Maybe it's already available and I just can't see it.

few guys i have met up with first thing we do is share steam names (carefull though some say add me and axe you when doing it)

No such feature is or will be in the game. Its much easier now that your character name is your Steam name though. DayZ will make you feel like no other game has ever made you feel. It can be quite emotional at times, losing good people in a group of random players.
