I would like to see something along the lines of when you are cuffed you can only walk and kneel down.You use the scroll system to select break free.Doing so makes your character wiggle around and you can run/jog. How do you know they are trying to get out? : You'll notice them shaking. How long does it take to get outta cuffs? : About 10 seconds but depends on quality of them. In other words: Do you have to wiggle / struggle for the minimum amount of time with no interruption to break free or could you theoretically struggle briefly all the time until you were to reach said minimum time even with interruptions in between? Actually it can take a lot longer to get out of hand cuffs depending on what quality the handcuffs are.
