It's not like DayZMOD, it takes a long time.

Have someone administer a saline bag to you with an IV and you should be back in good shape. Eating and drinking to FULL(Till your guy says he is full or feeling stuffed) will begin the blood regen process, but can take some time to get your color back. Saline is the way to go.

Can u give urself saline bag and how? and can u store ur own blood? Im like full of those medic stuff, niddles, saline bags,blood kits, IV stuff.... but i just cant figure out how to use it? Can someone explain me the process?

Have some take your blood to store it in a blood bag. You must have someone else administer an IV for saline and/or blood bags.
