Large groups are funny to watch, because they are always so chaotic and unorganized in everything they do and often end in friendly fire or mass deaths. The down side to having big groups is 1/2 the server is in your group (until server slot limit is increased).

 

I like small teams of 4-6, as long as everyone is aware of their bearings (N/E/S/W, and where they are located at all times).

Large groups usually ends up in a giant clusterfuck, plus interactions aren't as intimate and interesting.

Yep. Small teams are better as they can survive longer, however, fall apart quickly if not properly lead.

You don't even need a leader, you just need to work together and learn to communicate.
