*MASSIVE* humanity hit

This is an interesting problem my buddy (not me) encountered yesterday with the banditry update. He killed two guys on separate occasions (that were both muzzle flagging him, not that that matters in terms of the math involved), and went from default humanity to NEGATIVE TWO-THOUSAND some humanity after killing the second guy. Unless the second dude he killed was made entirely of retarded babies, this may be a little much.

I'll let him email support with his player name if he wants it fixed, but I thought I should let you know that something in your code decided that that would be a good idea, mathematically speaking.

The math is correct. you loose -2000 by default per person you kill. It will be less the more human kills the person has, to the point that at 30 human kills the humanity cost is nothing, and any more kills than that you will gain humanity.

Ah, ok then. I'll have to let him know. I had heard chatter that the humanity hit was anything from -30 for a survivor and -5 for a bandit to -400 for a survivor. I didn't realize it was proportional to the target's humanity.

2x the first post... I had to kill one guy and i got instantly a drop from 2K+ to -800 of humanity.

Now i'm stuck in bandit skin... I know i can get humanity up by healing survivals, but... How can i do that if every one kills me in sight because i am now a bandit???

Can you see the problem? lol

There should be a way of getting humanity that doesen't depend on "enemies"... Maybe a point of humanity for each Zombie killed... Or killing the zombies attacking survivors... I dunno... Just giving an idea.
